All activities suggested are to be used at your own discretion and based on the skills and ability of the children being taught in your group. By using this curriculum, I wave, release, discharge, and agree to indemnify MyLDSPreschool.com from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, actions, and causes of action in respect of death, injury, and loss or damage to any child during the child’s participation in the program.
